– The only European manufacturer of LED screens will exhibit its solutions for the rental and fixed installation markets at the FOR-A booth

– The company announces its first operations in the North American market with the sale of almost 500 cabinets to two churches

Huelva (Spain), June 6th 2023. Alfalite, the only European manufacturer of LED screens, will make its debut at InfoComm with its LED panels for the rental, fixed installation and virtual production markets at the booth of its partner FOR-A. The show will be held in Orlando (Florida) from June 14 to 16.

Alfalite will showcase its Litepix LED panels for rental companies, Modularpix LED panels for fixed installation, as well as the Modularpix Pro VP XR solution for virtual production and extended reality environments.

FOR-A’s booth #2023 at InfoComm 2023 will showcase a complete live virtual production ecosystem that will include a 4 x 2.5 meter Alfalite display with an HDR-compatible FA-9600 multipurpose signal processor, EZtrack camera tracking system, ClassX 3D graphics generator and XR technology, among other solutions.

Satoshi Kanemura, President & COO, FOR-A America, refers to the close relationship with Alfalite and how it’s enabling them to provide their distribution channel with a complete solution: “We’re excited to have joined forces with Alfalite to add virtual studio capabilities to our expanding portfolio. We know our market is looking for a reliable way to get into virtual production and augmented reality. Having Alfalite on our side help us support our customers in realizing their ambitions.”

The Spanish manufacturer has just closed through FOR-A its first operations in North America with the sale of 336 Modularpix Pro P3 panels to a church and another 140 Modularpix Pro P2 cabinets to another religious temple. Both operations have been carried out through the integrator Strata AVL.

Alfred Burgess of Strata AVL has this to say about Alfalite’s displays: “I have been to many LED factories in different countries, and I went to Alfalite’s factory in Spain with some skepticism. We had to see if their displays really had the quality they claimed to have. The first thing that impressed us was that they make everything there from start to finish; it’s high-quality European manufacturing.”

The second thing that surprised Alfred was the proprietary ORIM® (Optical Resin Injection Module) technology in Alfalite’s displays, a new system for terminating LED panels using an optical resin injection that improves precision between modules and provides extended viewing angles of 175º horizontally and vertically. “It’s impressive and allows flexible viewing angles with perfect precision and no color degradation,” Alfred notes.

In that sense, LED panels with ORIM technology have superior antistatic electricity protection (ESD > 10kV), improved thermal dissipation parameters, and excellent resistance to impacts, liquids, chemicals, and fire (with UL94 compliance). Also, they are easier to clean, suffer less deterioration and have the shortest repair time on the market.

“The third thing was the quality,” Alfred continues. “Their attention to detail far surpassed anything that we have seen before. We watched them splash water on it, beat away at it, and even apply chemicals to it. No damage! If you’ve done a LED panel installation, you know they can get pretty banged up in the process. So preventing that damage is an amazing advantage. They’re easy to service too.”
