A NEW ERA FOR CAMERA MOVEMENT.
It’s not often a new collaboration comes along that promises to radically reshape the broadcast landscape with cinematic quality, but here we are 😉
We’ve secured exclusive rights to sell Antares, a compact yet powerful stabilised remote head from FoMaSystems. Available now, it can be bought either as a standalone unit for UK customers, or bundled with AGITO as part of complete, integrated camera movement solution for customers worldwide.
Whether you’re an existing AGITO user looking to add the precision of Antares to your setup, or a broadcast professional seeking the ultimate cinematic solution for dynamic, fast-moving productions, keep reading to get the inside scoop––and then get in touch with us below to discover how this exclusive offering can elevate your next project!
Antares is made for productions where space is at a premium, but speed, precision and flexibility are everything––think studios, concert venues, churches, sports stadiums, etc. At 25% smaller than the industry-standard 360 EVO, it’s a marvel of engineering, available in two sizes (11-inch and 12-inch) and supporting up to 22.5kg (49.6lbs) and 23.5kg (51.8lbs) respectively. Whether you’re using broadcast or cinematic cameras, mirror rigs or immersive setups, Antares has you covered. Plus, with an adjustable height range of 492mm (19.37in) to 621mm (24.45in) for the 11-inch and 529mm (20.82in) to 638mm (25.12in) for the 12-inch, it offers flexibility for different shots, while its 435mm (17.13in) width ensures it won’t crowd your space.
Key features:
– Tilt range: +60° / -220°
– 360° continuous roll
– Unlimited pan (via slip ring)
– 180° per second across all axes
– Built-in lens control for Fujinon and Canon lenses
– Supports both local and cloud-based operation
– SDI and fibre passthrough
But the real magic happens when Antares is paired with AGITO. Together, they offer a complete, reliable and highly flexible solution for creating cinematic quality in the broadcast sector. Putting creative control firmly back in the hands of operators, AGITO’s precision in commanding speed, direction, framing and height is complimented by Antares’s exceptional camera and lens control. Both systems are compact, intuitive to use and quick to set up––meaning just two operators can run the entire solution without the usual technical complexities or crew overhead typical of traditional rigs. Leaving you to focus on capturing the story, not the tech behind it.
And this is just the beginning. As we continue to innovate, future integrations will bring repeatable moves and automation into the mix, streamlining workflows even further. That means more time for creativity, fewer technical hiccups and greater control in high-pressure environments. Watch this space.
